Hi! Thank you so much :) I used to use Proactiv a lot in the past but now I just use Cetaphil or Aveeno to wash my face and use a toner and moisturizer.  It's always changing with seasons.  I'll try to do a video soon!

Have you tried a face oil? If your face is very dry try Josue maran Argan oil and also Mario badescu caviar night cream. Those two things along amazing together for dry skin :) hope that helps at all

I just have to ask, why would you put on such a heavy moisturiser underneath a thin gel textured one? To get the benefits out of both products, I'd do it the exact opposite way. Loving the look, though since I have normal to dry skin I would never wear a powder foundation. I used one a few years ago when I was pregnant with my second daughter cos being pregnant my skin acted like I was a teenager again. But the product (by L'Oréal ) actually made my face itch and burnt my skin so badly I had to remove it instantly. I must say I never thought a makeup product would contain anything that could hurt so bad on contact with the skin, but then again, what do I know eh?! ;-)

One time I tried the heavy creamy Cerave Moisturizer under Bare Minerals and it it made my skin look really glowing, but you find what works for you!  I remember I had a similar reaction as you to the Maybelline Mineral Powder... The Ready Compacts by BE are good for throwing in your purse but I'm assuming because it is pressed there may be something that can irritate some skin types? I love it some days and others I've wanted a liquid foundation as well! I rotate a lot products! Thanks for the reply! Always fun talking makeup! :)

The original bare minerals is great though. It's been a couple of years since I've used it but it really does blend creamy like she said and a little goes a long way. I think my skin needs it right now because it's so sensitive. The ready to go collection is less messy but the colors and formula definitely different.

If you have dry skin you shouldn't use powder foundation, use liquid. Second does powder foundation even work? I feel like it doesn't

I use liquid in every single video but I was going for a natural/simple look that's why I used a mineral powder. You're right though not all powders work, I always use this one because its dewy and not drying or cakey :)
