2012 by Brandon Maxwell All Rights Reserved. Just showing you guy the Windows 8 RTM Pro Leak! :) (Note! I'm only using the Leaded version of Windows 8 ...
No and i dont see anyone being able to anytime soon in the future as
Microsoft has a new activation policy as earlier a single activation key
was used by most OEM to activate all of their shipped machines now however
they will have to electronically obtain a unique activation key for each
computer directly from Microsoft then ship the device with the OS after
writing the special key to the systems BIOS The product key will thus be
bound to one particular machine and not work with other hardware.
1) I listed only 4, I said "and Windows 8 "N" Versions" as Microsoft was
forced to create the special "N" editions of Windows after the European
Commission ruled in 2004 that it needed to provide a copy of Windows
without Windows Media Player tied in, so I didn't believe it mattered as
I'm in North America. 2) When you buy the retail version you get both 64 &
32 so don't blame M$ when you bought a OEM PC with Windows Shitsta 32-Bit
with only 1GB of RAM. Sent from my Windows 8 ProWMC 64-Bit.
From Windows 7 (W7) well let's just say Windows 8 (W8) wins. W8 x64 from
boot is faster then W7 Ultimate x64 from boot, W8 transfers thing to and
from my 1TB faster then W7 plus I can pause it and unplug my 1TB and start
a transfer on another computer and plug it back in and resume it! that is
just awesome, and W8 task manager gives you more info then W7s and anything
to do performance wise would have to do with what hardware is on your
computer CPU, RAM, HDD or SSD etc.
First, you listed 5, second, each one of those "PC" versions comes in both
32bit and 64bit. The point that the OP was trying to make was, why does
Microsoft have operating system tier levels with different levels of
functionality in each? Why does a user have to shell out extra dollars for
drive encryption or to have access to above 4GB of installed memory. It's a
scam. Sent from my Ubuntu Laptop
Right now I'm trying to make it so users can use there own images in the
start screen but no luck maybe sometime down the road someone will be
successful... and the watermark removal tool in one of my older videos
still works I tested it. oh and you can still use the ViStart program to
get the windows 7 start button back.
Yh thats fair enough, personally I wouldve designed it to have metro
optional. Either way, in the months since the consumer preview came out Ive
kinda gotten used to the metro interface overall I dont think I use it that
much because everything I need is usually on the desktop. But I can see why
many people do oppose it
There not going to be Windows 8 Ultimate, there is only going to be 4
windows 8 editions, Windows 8, Windows 8 Pro, Windows 8 Enterprise, Windows
RT and Windows 8 "N" Versions. and the price is going to be under $100 for
both Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro for the first few months. I believe.
i'm testing windows 8 release preview and I meant to campare that version
with this...I know the boot is faster and performance is better too but I
would know the differences between my actual os and this ;) however i'm
waiting october for the release
If you upgrade to the Windows 8 Pro RTM , Its gonna be the exact same as
the October release RTM stands for release to manufacturing which means
this is the actual copy of what will be getting shipped.
The thing is that when i saw windows 8 in a tablet i loved it,the usage was
so natural. But in my pc and without a touch screen i only use win7 and
linux.
es but I think the new october version will be updated, so I wait to see
