+Faisal A Kamal Sorry to answer you too late as I know there 5 copies of the theses : department library ,university library and the public library and I do not remember the others beside that Dr Faris Has it as well as Dr Riyad Al Anbari too.You can't see the code because the it is executable file completed by visual basic 6 and I don't think it will be installed on windows 7 properly .

Hello mr.raeed , I've got your thesis from library of cd , but it's just pdf without program application nor the code just first 3 pages in appendices , and I asked dr.fares but he hasn't it Now I work on activated sludge model to simulate biological treatment (aeration reactor and secondary settler By using matlab simulink and celebrate it to be tune alrustumia WWTP and to find optimum operation alternatives and control . My supervisor is Omar al_Naqeeb but he hasn't any idia about a programming nor simulation
