@chinewmarie Hi, Initally i did treadmill, stairclimber, and elliptical
(20-30mins to 45-1hr over time). I then gradually started taking aerobic
classes at the YMCA, pilates, and yoga. Also took bootcamp classes that
incorporated weight training twice a week. Now, I run and do Zumba to keep
the weight off!
