those enzymes are nothing compared to what pancreatin enzyme can do. Look
for pancreatin containing supplements and you will eat a cow and digest it.
In vitamin stores they sell this enzyme complex called woobenzyme. In
Europe it's sold as a digestive product but in America they were only able
to register it as an enzyme for helping muscle soreness. (Enzymes also help
decrease body swelling). Woobenzyme contains pancreatin. Give it a try.
Take 2-3 pills with food (just make sure with food). Let me know how it is.
I spent a lot of time studying enzymes. The best enzymes are prescription -
kreon. That shit will let you digest steel, but it can get you hooked cus
it's so good. Let me know how it goes. Cheers
Stomach pains and bloating have to do more with your body's ability to
break down protein. Protein from animals, which is much harder to breakdown
anyway, also takes more enzymes and acidity to breakdown. I'd recommend
limiting protein from fat and using carb source complements(quinoa, beans
and rice etc) to get your protein in complete form. However, having an
enzyme complex prior to the meal also helps.

I mean that nutrition doesn't affect bones when you are a adult, yes it
obviously can affect your bones, but not that much to deform teeth. When
you're growing nutrition doesn't affect the direction in which your teeth
grow. It doesn't even make sense. Unless you can show me a study supporting
that idea. I highly doubt it. Simple because genetics and the way teeth are
pushed and pulled would affect it... maybe chewing on hard meat might
damage them too... but that's not the effect of nutrition.
There is not really such a thing as good and bad cholesterol, because the
more good cholesterol you get it get's converted in to bad LDL cholesterol,
so you should aim to keep it as low as possible. As your body will make
enough on it's own. You need ZERO extra cholesterol. So you should avoid
foods that raise it and look for nutrition else where. You don't need to
eat fish or oils. However Algae based Omega 3 DHL has shown to improve IQ.
Plus everyone should get Vit D and Bacteria B12 Checked.
Yep the body will make cholesterol as it is a needed substance but it is
less work for the body to have it in the diet. Also need to look at Vit A
as long term nutritional deficiencies mean that many of us need more. I
agree every diet should mostly be vegtables and need to be careful about
salicylate intolerance - and candida that many vegatrains suffer. Can you
point to one culture that has traditionally only relied on vegan foods?
Plus need to soak seeds/grains to release growth inhibitors.
yeah yeah budda died of posioning from pork & they tended not to have
children - buk teeth are common in some parts of northen india so they are
not a good source of info to rely on. Somehow we evolved past the chimp
faze and the arguments range from magic mushrooms to cooked food and eating
meat - who knows. I had been vegan and did it better than most but mayb
miasims or other it did not work. Now I eat bone broths, livers and butter
and am much better. i rate old knowledge over experiments.
Actually it's two words.. ha. I never see vegans who do it properly crash.
I see people who do it wrong and lose passion in the cause lose the will to
do it. But those who do it for health and do it right, never wilt, if
anything they feel miles better than they ever did because there body is
working in the way it evolved to. Cholesterol is problem with fats,
processed sugars / chemicals and oils, in vegan food too. Done properly
means lots of: seeds, fruits, leafy greens and veggies mostly.
My sister never eat white bread. She was a health nut, she never had sugar
and she only had milk on cereal. She had a brace. A huge brace in fact that
went round her head when she slept. So no I didn't! Again it is to do with
sucking a dummy to much as a child and genetics. Me I drank chocolate milk
and eat white bread and hardly had a problem with my teeth till I got
older. Buck teeth don't show malnutrition. Teeth that are pointing in any
direction might show bad gums. Buck teeth is genes.
Seriously. You actually believe that. It's to do with what you put in your
mouth as a child. when your mouth is developing from the age of 0 to 3. Ha.
And after this point it can be to do with how your teeth come thought. It
has very little to do with malnutrition because your teeth hardly get any
nutrition as there bones. It could be to do with gums, but this has nothing
to do with the direction the teeth grow. Ha. And no meat can't benefit
health. Maybe if the person is a carnivore. ha
yep agree half the british population is deficient - dental cavities need
nutrition to form properly. I come from vegatarian british stock and my
teeth are fine:) - yes really long before most british were onto being vego
and they lead much of the movement:) 90% we agree on the same diet and
values i think but I not sure about claiming butter as heart attack
material and at some points meat can be of benefit to health - ethically no
one can comfortable with a slab of meat on their plate!
No study has ever found a direct cause-and-effect relationship between
red-meat consumption and cancer. As for the population studies, they're far
from conclusive. That's because they rely on broad surveys of people's
eating habits and health afflictions, and those numbers are simply crunched
to find trends, not causes. Meat lovers who are worried about the supposed
risks of grilled meat should just trim off the burned or overcooked
sections of the meat before eating - Alan Aragon
I don't tend to listen to people who focused mostly on Dental Health, when
there is no current studies to back up any thing they say. Or any solid
evidence that shows what they say is true. I would listen to Gerson's
Therapy before I went anywhere near him, because he was mostly a dentist.
But I tend to listen to current up to date, studies on people today. If you
click the link below this video in the description you can get sited
Sources. REAL CLINICAL STUDIES! Not hear say. :-)
The body makes enough cholesterol it's self. Humans don't need any extra
cholesterol. Vitamin A is higher in Carrots and Kale. Most true Buddhist
had a vegan life style. Based on chimps we have no real need for any meat,
defiantly not any dairy or eggs. The only thing they eat from animals is
honey and Bugs. Rarely eating animals, maybe once a year. Meat is not
needed in a diet. B12 is found in mucky water. But better to have clean
water and a supplement if you have low b12 levels.
I go for the 'keep it simple stupid' and yes i agree it was qualative
rather than quantatative research. It is simple indigenous cultures got
sick on western food and he recorded it no matter who he is. Old knowledge
and awareness is huge and they knew what worked they didn't need research
gurus to tell them what to eat :) They learnt over generations what worked
to have strong children and good health and energy. Geurson is great I
agree;) We are both perdandict arguers lol
You may need to do some reserach wether or not saturated fats really
increase your risk of heart attack. The rate of heart attack has gone up
while our consumption of satruated fat has gone down. If you want to reduce
inflamation in the arteries look into heavy metal detox and glutathione...
Of course there are many factors involved but traditionally people have
always eaten full cream milk with no issues and it has many fat soluble
nutrients.
So explain to me the ripped six-pack abs of bodybuilders, who eat vast
amounts of lean meat ? Or my own very defined abs at 7% bodyfat percentage?
Yes, I eat meat. Obviously, there are other factors at work, mainly the
general lifestyle of FAT people. If you conducted a study of meat eating
athletes - what would the results be?? I used to like these videos, but
they have degenerated into nothing more than anti-meat propaganda.
Cattlemen's association is full of crap - antibiotic abuse is normal and
about half of ALL our meat supply is infected with resistant infections
such as MRSA, VRE, superbug strep, etc., including c. diff. Going vegan was
the best thing I ever did - my cholesterol issues vanished and I'm no
longer on any pills (because when you eat MEAT, even "lean" it will drive
your cholesterol up badly), and I feel a lot better.
Hm, I seem to recall every vegetarian woman I used to know was fat. This
was in Britain in the 80s and 90s when it seemed just about every female
tried to be vegetarian. Maybe it was the standard diet of potato chips or
fries and beer? My mother who grew up in Germany ( and no, there were'nt
ANY vegetarians there when I grew up) and has always been overweight, by
the way, has never had a cholesterol problem.
'Done correctly' is a big word in this day and age.... :) I see so many
vegans wilt. There is a energy rise for a year or two then - crash....
Wether there is really good and bad cholestrol is being questioned. It is
about balance and I think a vegatrian diet is fine but healthy fats
including butter, coconut oil, fish oil and small amounts of unheated seed
oils are a must.
It's bull shit. It's because the currently LDL cholesterol level is too
high. So everyone instead of thinking it could still be too high thinks it
must be wrong. The truth is the current cholesterol levels are too high and
most people don't realise it's well known that based on plant based diet
done correctly that people don't die from heart attack.
To be honest it doesn't really matter what the people did in the past a lot
of them died young. What matters is what is optimum for your body. And it's
a vegan diet. :-) Get a grip and look in to more of these videos. I asked
Michael what was a good way to put weight on. I know good ways but I wanted
his opinion. Not yours. Good day!
So you're saying nearly half the English population who mostly eat meat are
nutritionally deficiency... because most of them have buk teeth... maybe
you're on to something. Ha. Buk teeth is due to overly sucking the breast
as a child or a dummy. It could also be to do with genetics and it has sod
all to do with malnutrition.
CRIKEY! Why then did Maori have perfect teeth before they started eating
crap british food including sugar and refined foods? Of course bones are
based on nutrition have u never seen rickets? Have a look at both insurance
companies statistics and also horse health litarature if u want unbias
unemotional info on health.
