No, I don't think it's even possible to drink in the game. Totan just has the lazy trait, which I believe causes her to not run and causes that to be her idle animation. also the lazy trait can cause her to skip classes, and she can even ask you to skip classes with her (boosts relationship but lowers grades)

Or you can make a completely tsundere character, who can take several days (or even weeks) to bond with.
