Interesting video. The problem I have is that I don't know how much to eat
and in what proportion. We cannot live on salad only, but right now we have
been told fruits are bad for the liver, protein in lentils harm you, grains
cause inflammation, oils are bad if you eat too much.
This guy is one of the only sane health teachers out there.
Dr. T what do you think about raw grassfed butter? Do you recommend it? And
coconut oil? What about olive oil?

AWESOME!!! And I've learned from many other sources of the value of
combining turmeric with black pepper...so easy if you eat salmon for one
example...just spread it on with some crushed garlic and you are good to
go...or canned salmon in salmon salad. Or with tofu...very easy to put
turmeric with the ground black pepper!

+ikhlaas muktar Take 4 parts baking soda, 1 part sea-salt, mix them together. That is an excellent tooth powder. Put about 1/4 teaspoon in the palm of your hand, add a few drops of water to make it "paste-like" and scoop that onto your tooth brush. You can get extra cleaning by using hydrogen peroxide instead of water when mixing the tooth powder.
