The nicotine in cigarettes causes vasoconstriction (your blood vessels
closes up/becomes smaller) which in turn cuts off the blood suppy to your
tissues. No Blood = No oxygen = Tissue death. Smoking, intense
emotions/stressing (e.g., watching a football game), and cold temperatures
(for example, sticking your hand in the freezer to get something. Wear
gloves.) lead/exacerbates Buerger's Disease. See a doctor immediately for
your finger before it's too late. Good luck.

I made a mixture of powdered ginger, cinimon, and turmeric. I add honey and
put it in milk/almond milk. Great way to get turmeric and finger in diet.
Termeric is insanely good to fight cancer.
Ginger tea reduces blood pressure. I grind up fresh ginger. let it seep in
hot water for 10 min. Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of fresh lime.
Tastes fantastic, heals the body.
