No it is not. I listen to 8 different ones and it still works. Your subconcious accepts anything that is repeated and has much more learning space than you concious mind. Just make sure you keep listening to those same frequencies for atleast 6-8 weeks though.

Binaural beats, It does work, However, before the 8 weeks are done just be self aware, your communication/social skills will be improved, but just don't be too impulsive, other than that it works fine as far as I know

Does anyone know of there being a name or term to describe these patterns in this clip? P.s does this really work? I am terrible with talking to people and when I get a chance I just throw out mumbo jumbo.

You should focus on a single type of brainwaves for a given period of time - a more extended one, so that your brain patterns change.

There is a great lack in this video. You could not have failed to mention stuttering. It is the most common communication disorder among children and adolescents in school age. This was a major flaw of perception and sensitivity.

great. but the problem is that language requires words and constructing them into clear sentences. men often listen and it ends up turning into this: /watch?v=X0IV_ZB9CDs (at 1:30) so the responsibility is on women to be clearer.
