i did these right and did what you said they did nothing for my abs no pain
no matter how long and i just have a 4 pack with a little belly fat and
want to keep it that way so i dont look like a guy. but sorry doesnt work
unless out of shape my mom did themshes out of shape worked for her but not
me or my older sis od dad we are 16,18,55 and mom 48. ill stick to my
workout it works my abs more but im also use a 10 pound weight with my abs

Ok i have a question... Every time i do an exercise like this my bones pop
