+Chris Crocker yes. You are right. Your body has seemingly converted to burning fat for fuel instead of sugar. Introduction of high levels of sugar into your system will force your body to store all fat immediately. Be careful when integrating carbs back into your diet.

I don't think that bacon fat is necessarily bad. Of course, everything in moderation. I do recommend mixing it up a bit. If you're going to eat fish, I would fry it up with some coconut or grape seed oil.
+Chris Liddick one last thing, I think instead of eating bad fats like beacon, it would be better fish oil, it is still fat but won't put the heart in risk, isn't? What do you think about it.
+Chris Crocker If you're going fully keto, you can rule out fruits. With vegetables, you can have dark leafy greens, and green beans.. Celery doesn't hurt either. kale, collard greens, spinach, and lettuce are all good veggie sources.. broccoli too.
