*Sorry i meant the 'diabetes' is most likely related to the western influenced foods, not cancers etc. (just in case that was mixed up) Honestly tho, i dont think that any1 could last solely on our western diet, dont forget that certain genes play a role in health too and some can en/disable them in one way or another. And the japanese counter the affects of MSG with health foods like green tea, which stabilizes its affects. HFCS was only introduced after the second world wars, never before.

natural saturated fats are good, man made saturated fats are not real sat fats they are polyunsaturateds converted to sat fat, it is rancid, it is rotten, has to be desmelled and articifically made tastey, like margerine, polys do not stand up to processing like real saturated fats do. mcdonalds would of been better staying with coconut or palm oil for cooking then veggie oils, but they were forced by public pressure who are themselves easily manipulated into using this fake fat. rose

Glad there are other saturates-fans out there. I had ditched the carbs 2 years ago but was still worried about saturates. However, I have noticed that the flab has been falling off since I upped my intake of animal fats - I recommend to all, take the plunge!! I have a flatter stomach than ever. I feel full of energy and just am notas hungry any more. I am now frying everything in either butter or goose fat :) Tastes beautiful, not slimy as it does with veg oil.

ancel keys-----99% of doctors in japan still believe that he's right today, sadly. whenever someone like him headlines bad-rapping sat fat, the whole nation of us, japanese would brag about japanese healthy diet, then we forget about the fact of 50% of japanese get cancer in their life times, and one of the fastest growing number of dementia in the world. we don't want to talk about how bad japanese food might be, but would like to say "sat fat is bad".

do u think it's really the issue of "western influential" in food, or it's the issue of "modernization/civilization" of it? because any diet can both be good + bad, and u can be healthy all your life by just eating so-called "western food". like japanese creations of MSG and HFCS have been in japanese food for a long before the western diet started to be adopted in japan. i believe its the modernization is the real problem all over the world.

I can not tell you how much my health improved by just getting rid of Margarine and replacing it with Organic Butter!!! The butter I love most is from Denmark "Harmonie Organic" it is slightly salted but man is this good stuff! Also my mood picked up too, funny enough. I love to cook in Duck Fat and Beef Dripping as well as cold pressed Olive Oil. Also eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. KEEP SPREEDING THE WORD!

Why are people so against killing and eating of animals, don't they realize plants are life forms to. What about all the bacteria and fungus we eat when eating plant food. We live off of other living things, that's how nature works. I'm not for factory farming, or treating animals inhumanly, but we do need to eat animal products to stay healthy.

6 is neccesary as much as 3 since we dont make both in our body however, we have much more higher 6 intake in our body than 3 today that is causing health problems like allergies and even Inflammation. 6 and 3 are need to be balanced. and 6 is mostly coming from veggie, i assume u know that already.

depends on your blood type/metabolic type. blood type A usually do better on the low fat diets, blood type B usually the balanced omnivore, blood type O usually do better on the meat eater high fat, high protein and low carb diet . There's the genotype diet as well, not everyone's built the same.

Refined sugar is more commonly the cause of heart disease. Blood type O, higher rates of insulin resistance, diabetes and obesity. Blood type A higher rates of heart disease and cancer. depends on your blood type/metabolic type.

Thats because of all the dam radiation in japan and pollution, not their diets. its amazing theyre still alive right now with all the fukishima residu, if it were any other group of people theyd be dead by now.

Yes mate, can't beat a decent stir-fry. It's my go-to weekday meal when I get in from work. Quick, easy and tasty. I'm bulking so I throw in some rice noodles for carbs but if you're cutting it's just a case of chucking in some extra veggies and you've got yourself a nice lean meal.

Hello I am 18 years old, 5'8, and 230lbs, I started my raw vegan diet just yesterday and was really hoping for some words of encouragement and advice to help me get to my goal weight of 140lbs. The plan so far is for me is to follow the raw vegan lifestyle until I reach my goal weight, and depending on how I am feeling an such I will adjust my lifestyle from then on. How long did it take for you to lose all of the weight? Did you use a certain calorie restriction each day? As you stated in one of your videos my family was always ran around what food we were eating that weekend and I never in my life have felt healthy I have always been big. Thanks spreading your story and I look forward to hearing your response!
