+XO Umme Thank you so much for taking the time to watch! :) I am actually a vegetarian but I have tried eating vegan in the past! I saw really good results as far as losing weight goes. I had a few other side effects though, which is why I chose to go back to being vegetarian for the time being. I think that it takes A LOT of work as far as meal planning because you have to totally revamp everything you eat, which can be fun trying new recipes! I definitely plan to eventually make the transition back to vegan, so I would say that I recommend it. <3 As far as fruit goes, I would say that unless you are eating an insane amount of fruit, you should be okay. I watch a lot of people on YouTube who eat enormous amounts of fruit and they are extremely healthy and fit! Although, I would double check with your doctor just to make sure both of those things would work for you! <3 Hope that helps!
When it comes to tea, I don't taste the difference, to be honest. Unless it
has an ingredient like peppermint, but who doesn't notice peppermint?
However, I will say that green tea is quite a different tasting tea than
all the other teas I have tried, like I can taste the difference if I did a
blind tasting test. And yes, it is an acquire taste for me. I still don't
prefer it over other teas. HOWEVER, when I tried matcha green tea, OMGosh,
that was so freaky, unbelievably good. First of all, it doesn't taste like
any other tea that I have tasted, so I can tell the difference when I'm
drinking it. And it's a green tea that taste good to me, It is quite
expensive, you have to be careful not to get a cheaply made one, and maybe
it is to some still an acquire taste, but for me it's the best tea ever.

completely agree with you about the green tea. I cannot drink it unless it
has like a citrus flavor. For the whole month of January, I've drank
nothing but water and green tea. I noticed my skin looks better, I look
younger, face is thinner. I may sound repetitive but once again, thank you
for sharing your fitness journey with us. I actually had tears of joy today
because the clothes that were too tight on me last December are now loose.
My family and coworkers have noticed. But body image isn't the main reason
why I'm trying to get fit. Both my grandpas died from complications of a
stroke. I just want to make the stakes lower for me. Start while we're
still young, right? And sorry for not having a profile pic! I follow you on

I always have to remind myself how important it is to drink enough water because I sometimes forget unless I'm making a conscious effort. I am so excited for you that you have been losing weight but more importantly, been getting healthy! That is absolutely wonderful. I love that health is your main priority.
