so youre eating bacon, eggs, nuts, cheese, pizza... this is the worst diet
ever. High fat high cholesterol. youre arteries are probably clogged
already.
Eat low fat. Tuna, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, chicken breast,
spinach and drink heaps of water.
and you dont have to eat like the guys on steroids who have 10 meals a day
I admire that you leave yourself so vulnerable on the internet, and I'm
amazed you haven't caught any haters yet. That's a good thing by the way.
Your so lucky I stopped having recess in 6th grade. Also keep at it I
remember when I was in 6th grade. I was 100 lbs and I could bench 100 lbs
like 3-4 times, now I'm way stronger than that. I think a similar situation
will happen to you but you'll probably be even stronger since you're
stronger now than I was at your age+grade. If I would give any advice to
myself in the past it would be to keep researching because there are always
ways to improve your program/diet etc.
because say you by a protien shake with lets say 30g protien and 60g carbs
lol then after that you move stright intob your diet. that means your body
will have to work twise as hard to burn both the suppliment carbs and your
meal carbs off. so just keep your protien WH with 5g of carbs, your diet
will make up the rest of carbs. also eat 6 times a day two or 3 hours
between each meal. lol one thing is for sure is that THIS YEAR I HAVE
REALLY OVER EATEN lol so its going to be harder :)

Veggies i was eating where cauliflow MASH,spinach, broccoli, i used to eat
only as much as i could fit in a normal size coffe cup. normaly have the
veggies with brown rice and a chicken breast just stay well away from white
pasta and also dont eat sugars, if your going to drink orange drink make
sure its from a fresh orange. ALSO if you get a protien shake make sure its
PLAIN 100% WHEY with 5g carbs
Nice man. I'm not a picky eater so it should be ez! Ah I see what you mean
about the whey I'll have to start examining the carb content before
purchasing them. On a typical day I just eat 2 wheat toast, banana orange,
cheese sammich on wheat green beans, corn, something like that when it
comes to meat i eat mostly chicken and i juice and make whey protein drinks

light, bruce lee tryed to stay well away from dairy products such as cheese
infact i think he stayed well away from cheese butter and full fat milk, He
used powder milk because in them days it had a higher protien content, but
now days powder milk is more for babys so its will have more fat i think.
Nice video buddy I've been eating similar to this but I need to buy a bunch
of brown rice and chicken breasts. I don't really eat a lot of meat just
like when I go out to a restaurant. However I do use protein drinks quite a
lot like after workouts. What type of veggies did you eat mostly? I eat

so when you say that he ate only what he could fit in the palm of his hand
or tea cup plate. Does that include breakfast lunch and dinner as well or
just snacks?
+w. arano-EcHoxSoulZz 0. Never? You CAN'T drop food and use protein shake to get your protein. Do once after workout and thats it. Or if your following your macros and you need that 25g protein with low cal, get protein shake. NEVER use protein shakes instead of food.
