I don't want to come off as being overly critical, but this webinar was awful. First, when you're presenting via webinar, you want to make sure that your ask your audience if they can see and hear you. The first 5 minutes of this were nothing but speaking with a blank screen, which turned me off immediately, but, nevertheless, I stuck it out because I thought the content of the presentation would be worth the wait. Second, text heavy presentations don't work. You lost me on minutes 12.
