Fell off a bit this week. Was a bit unmotivated earlier on last week. Due to shitty working conditions I decided to quit my job. Now I feel I bit down but not out.
+Rabel Aracena Yea don't deplete water. You need that lol well you need that to have the muscle looking full! Trust me I competed back in the day same mistake I did lol
+JPhysique Probably under 140lbs. If I deplete my water again I should lose 13lbs. Last time did that I went from 156lbs to 143lbs in a matter of 5 days. My muscles got completely flat so I don't know it would be wise to do that again.
