+flyingwizard3 the fuck? You even know what an exercise is brow? There are 7 exercises in this video: Benchpress, deadlift, biceps curls, triceps dumbell overhead press, triceps cable push down, sitting shoulder press and walking lunges... Now, of course in my new routine, I am considering to switch out the biceps curls with some pull ups to train that instead ;)

+JPhysique Probably under 140lbs. If I deplete my water again I should lose 13lbs. Last time did that I went from 156lbs to 143lbs in a matter of 5 days. My muscles got completely flat so I don't know it would be wise to do that again.
