Hard-core, passionate, no-gray-area vegans are not capable of stopping the
hate of meat-eating people because any consumption or use of animal
products is *mUrDeR.* My proudest moment online was being compared to a
child molester simply because I eat a small amount of grass-fed animal
products every day. You'd think they'd be more pissed off about the amount
of vegetables I eat, which literally impacts them more than my steak.
If you eat eggs and fish you wont have a protein issue. .
If your eating more than 4 or 5 oz of meat a day then your not on a
caveman, paleo ,huntergather diet. And you are damaging your health.
I am a paleo vegetarian( eggs and fish no milk). A vegan diet will not give
you the protein you need. You need to add up all the protein and you will
see its not enough I need 50 grams a day , I was not getting that on a
vegan diet.
