You could also use some scented bath salts =) You can get a good sized container of scented salts at the Dollar Tree for a buck =D

+Jessica Wilson If you don't have puffy paint you can use a hot glue gun. Once painted you will have the same end result. :) Also you can make your own puffy paint. Flour, baking soda, salt, water, and food coloring if you want to add a color. I'm sure its on youtube, but if not it's on pinterest.

Puffy paint is basically paint that is super thick and when you put it on something it is poofy and stuff

i have a question:after u do the small layer of spray paint do u wait for that to dry and then go with the puffy paint?or not wait for it to dry?

+kayla triggI don't think it's too necessary to wait as you are just using it so that the puffy paint sticks to it and you'll be putting another few layers on after, so any fingerprints wouldn't matter as you'd cover them up anyways!
