I love Ulta too..... but who don't....Ulta stores are very large and I love that they carry both lower end and higher end hair products, cosmetics and skin care items. The staff are very helpful and available. The sales reps always seem genuine about assisting me. The last time I was there the sales rep was lovely, she demoed a few products and asked plenty of questions in order to meet my needs. I never feel pressured into purchasing any thing or feel the reps are trying to up-sell. The stores are very spacious and organized: you are able to walk around without knocking into things and it's not overwhelming full of perfume scents (which can sometimes give me a headache). I love perfume bot overwhelmingly or mixed together no so much. Ulta has almost everything I want (including a hard-to-acquire hair dye) plus my drugstore go-tos (L'Oreal, Revlon, Maybelline). Prices are what to expect.... There isn't too much variation ( a $5 mascara at Target will be $5 here, as well). I love there Ulta rewards program too, I feel the program is pretty generous. All in all I love Ulta and I am a loyal customer to the end of time.... I have also shared your video on Twitter.

It's crazy I've had my naked palette for over a year (February will be 2 years) and I might have used mine 4 times at the most...I just couldn't get into it
