+maelismomma so Lavender, frankincense and clary sage can be used without a carrier oil?? i'm due on wednesday and plan on buying lavender, frankincense, clary sage and peppermint. would it still be a good blend if i only have 3 essential oils instead of the 6 in your labor blend?? also can i use jojoba oil??

A big fan of essential oils one site I really have come to enjoy is Everythingessential.me. You should check it out. You can type anything in the search engine and it pops up with the best oils/ blends to use as well as protocol and testimonials.

Glad that you enjoyed it :) Well YES I went to the potty on and off for three hours.. Not the best way of saving energy to the coming birth. But I was so happy when the labours finally began and the Potty Tour was forgotten :) I hope you soon have your baby in your arms :o)

No I didn´t. We read about it on Cochrane... I don´t think it can cause any harm, but the sideeffect can be that you don´t have enough energy to the coming birth.

5 weeks yay!! times goes fast!!
