You talk a lot about having a tight schedule all the time and you seem

Be careful man! all of this is a recipe for an anxiety attack/disorder to
develop, all you need now is some anxiety
inducing "cutting supplement" like yohimbine in the mix with all that
caffeine, lack of sleep, low calories and stress and you will be set for
disaster, at least cut out the stimulants, if you need them to have a good
workout or get through the day then that is a sign you're doing something
wrong.

1300 cal on the day did you just stop logging your food or is that all you
