Chest Shoulders & Abs Workout for Mature Women
Hey everybody! I know I promised a lower body workout next, but I had enough video from the arm workout left to make another video, and I didn't have time to ...
Today I had to go back to this video and did my workout with you! Angie I
LOVE your health related videos. I am a certified pt and I think you are
better than many of my colleagues. I never miss your videos. Watch all of
them even if it is about something that I am not so into, I just love your
spirit ….Love from Vienna
Nice abs and upper body Angie:) Looking forward to an updated diet routine
if it has changed from your last video. Also, it may be personal but I
wondered if you live of off Youtube? Do you do other things like blogging
on the side? Be well
This is a great workout. I use the Treadmill atm, but hope to include some
of these with lighter weights and adjustmant for my back etc. You look
great Angie : D
Wow, you honestly looked like you were no more than 30 years old in this
video haha! Anyone else agree?? Keep up the good work Angie! You're looking
great!!!
might be a stupid question, but how and where did you subscribe to
Boxycharm? obviously through their website somehow but I'm from Europe as
well (coming from Germany, living in Belgium) and I saw that Boxycharm
stated on their site that they do not ship internationally, just in the
U.S. states. I remember from your previous videos that you live in France,
therefore the question :) anyways, I love your videos!! xox
+silviacattaneo Thanks for the info! I personally find it kind of sad that she didn't mentioned that she gets sponsored from the company.. I think it's important to know.. Idk why haha
+Lisa Bartkowski Update, boxycharm responded me that they sponsor her because she has a lot of Americans subscribers....so until they do the service internationally we can't have it.
+Lisa Bartkowski i'm in Italy and i've the same problem...I've write a message directly to boxycharm and they responded that currently they don't ship outside US....i don't know what to think, i hope Coco will respond and solve the mistery
Omg I really don't know how I never came across your videos before. I love
your videos. I literally have stayed up to watch most of them. You're just
gorgeous, and I can't wait to see more of your videos
+Ashley Da Silveira awww thank you so much love that means a lot!

+thatsitable1 Depending on what kind of pain you're having you could try modifying the exercises, or wearing a knee brace. It's always a good idea to consult your doctor to make sure it's okay to continue with your workout routine.
Hi Angie. You mentioned in the last few seconds in the lower body workout
about spending time thanking yourself for taking care of your body and I am
blown away. It is a new concept to me and I have been thinking about it and
internalizing it. I am finding ways in keeping my self disciplined in
following through and doing what is best for my body but it is hard. I am
wondering if you could do a blog post in elaborating this concept and how
you came about it.
Thank you and I appreciate any encouragement or thoughts.

Hey Angie, I've watched your review of exercise DVDs from a long while
back, and now that I'm in the market for one or two, I'm wondering if you
could recommend some? I'm looking for relatively short but intense workouts
that target cardio as well as strength building/toning. Or one DVD for
cardio and another for strength building would also be fine. I want to ask
for some for Christmas! Thank you so much; I love your channel and watch
you all the time.
+Erica B Hi Erica~ The Firm Get Chisel'd alternates high intensity cardio with toning and it's under 45 minutes. I agree with Janis about Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 minutes to fitness, I have Muscle Definition and it's great you get 2 30 minute workouts the DVD plus a bunch of remixes for numerous 10 minute muscle group workouts and a 60 minute workout too!!
Most of her dvds combine weights and cardio and all have amazing pre-mixes so that you can choose exactly what you want to work on. My favourite is 'Your Best Body' and 'Start Here' is good for days when you need something a bit easier. 'Split sessions' as the title suggests splits upper and lower body with workouts for each and it is very effective. For most of her dvds you'll need some hand weights but that's it. She also shows modified versions of exercises which is great for people with creaky knees like me. Hope Santa brings you some for Christmas :)...dvds....not creaky knees!!!
+Janis DeitschThank you for the recommendation; I'll definitely check her out! Are there any of hers in particular you like best? She seems to have a LOT of them!
I'm not Angie but recommend Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 minutes to fitness series. She's a good trainer, doesn't talk too much ( though I I love her Noooo Joisey accent!) and it's the only home programme I've managed to stick with. I'm in the UK but you can get them from Amazon....I'm not her btw!!!
Motivation to Work Out!
Style, Beauty, Anti-Aging, & Health for Women in Their Hot-Flash Years! EXPAND THIS BOX FOR MORE INFO!! Thanks for watching! I'd love to hear from you, ...
Thanks for this video! I tried everything and now have accepted that I need
to invest in 3-4x weekly appointments with a personal trainer at home. I
found someone who offers good rates and I just made it part of my budget.
The goal is that, after however long it takes, I will continue to feel good
and get stronger and no longer need someone else to motivate me. My goal is
also to work out at home. I feel like I am already getting stronger after
about three months and I am so happy that I am doing what it takes for me
right now. I know not everyone can afford this so its great to hear lots of
different tricks from you!
Thank you, Angie, great suggestions! Isn't it funny how we never regret
working out? The hardest part is getting started. But after losing over
100 lbs. and keeping it off for a year, I don't let anything come between
me and my workouts. :D I recently looked into stand-up paddle boarding.
It looks so fun! I hope to try it next summer. Thank you, again! You are
a great example.
+Norma Jean Hi Norma~ Congrats on your weight loss and getting fit!! That's quite an accomplishment! I hope you try SUP, you'll love it! I went for a long paddle yesterday with a girlfriend and we had a great time while working out!
My motivation in working out is knowing I'll look and feel good in my
clothes. Another one is simply knowing that I can cheat once in a while
and know that I can burn off those excess calories asap. :-)
Hello Angie, what motivates me is one of my past pictures in my younger
years & I say to my self I still could look that way ;-) & I hope ur
daughter had a beautiful blessing day on her recent past birthday god bless
& many more :-)
Kristina, I'm in love with you. Can you please make a video about your tan,
how do you get it and all? please. Also your exercise routines if possible.
+Kristina UA what? thats not the only reason people get stretch marks??? they can be on any body type just from things like growing. i'm tall and really thin and i still got them on my hips when i was like 13.
I am naturally petite, and I don't do any rigorous workouts. So I mainly consume around 1200 calories per day. Like the other person said, it all depends on body type and the amount of exercise you do.
+As Kiddie not really true. It all depends on your age, weight, gender, height, and amount of physical activity. My personal trainer and health teacher said that i should be eating 1500 calories a day. Everyone is different and everyone should NOT aim for the same amount of calories :)
+Ebony Thompson haha I think she was just over exaggerating it so that you would understand that it's good! I don't think she'd act like she liked something that she didn't.
