Fact is, if you are at the point where you are going to bed with a man, I doubt it will be any sort of surprise or shock to him that you are fat and super curvy. You may have 'diastasis recti' which is the separation of the abdominal common in pregnancy. They usually come back together but sometimes they don't. And you can make it worse with traditional exercise. Look up how to check if you have it on YT. If it's really bad you may have to have surgery.

Oh Dana, I'm so with you on the "mommy tummy", and I've only had 2 kids!! It's a real confidence killer to look 5 months pregnant when you're actually over a year post partum (in my case) but I have to tell you, waist training is NOT the answer. It's so bad for your body! Trainer Brenda Lee Turner talked about it on her YT channel LeanSecrets, I will try to find a link to the video to share with you.
