Exactly 20 years now HIV positive and I've never been sick and never taken any HIV drugs. In fact, I'm maybe the healthiest person I know. Obviously something is flawed with the HIV / AIDS research and I think it is money. AIDS is big business that makes billions of dollars for drug companies and medical practitioners. People have tried to blow this whistle on this nonsense only to have their careers destroyed by the people in power. Maybe one day the lie will become just too obvious to hide.

@navyfreek1129 There is ZERO scientific evidence that taking ANY of those drugs improves clinical health or mortality and NONE of the drug manufacturers claim other wise for their products. The fact is that other wise healthy people who get a reaction on one of Gallo's crap tests who do NOT take the "lifesaving" meds waay out live those who do. Also....DAs are having to throw out their "hiv" crminal cases because the so-called "hiv" tests do NOT hold up in court

I respectfully disagree. HIV is not a death sentence. Don't know why it makes you sad as many have learned the truth about HIV, no longer poison their bodies with toxic drugs, and now are quite healthy. Check out Tommy Morrison, someone you may have heard of, boxer and actor. He too stopped the medicines and is doing just fine. Go to living without HIV drugs and Help for HIV positives and read other peoples' stories who are also doing this.

HAART is the single greatest achievement in HIV/AIDS history. You can prolong your life to those of everyone else by taking it, or, you will surely die. Not of AIDS, but of an opportunistic infection. I am a medical student. I work with AIDS patients everyday. Please, for the love of God, begin HAART.

If you understand basic basic science then you will understand that the products are just minerals and vitamins optimized to be absorbed and used by your body. +jrmackiel48 Also I am curious about your iron deficiency correction. Did the iron injections that you were doing really help you that much? I am wondering because Iron deficiencies can easily be misdiagnosed. For example, they can really be copper deficiencies or b vitamin deficiencies or even a vitamin C deficiency, as all these nutrients play a role in iron absorption. Also making sure the stomach stays acidic helps to absorb iron. The healthy body Pak helped your iron deficiency, but did that Pak contain any iron really? I think the BTT supplement only has 1mg. Also, feel free to not answer if you don't want to disclose this information.

Probably the main reason is that the nutrients given by Youngevity are given in a colloidal form which is much more absorbable than a pill or other forms. It could also be from the massive amounts of nutrients that are in the healthy body Pak, which force your body to absorb at least something. Also the combination of nutrients might be what your body was needing, not just one or two.

+Paul Mattoon The gluten free diet is sound, but it just may be that you are not intolerant to gluten so it is not a problem for you. But it is great to hear that you have healed up!

+Jonathan Sotelo I went on a gluten free diet and back on the vitamins for a couple months, but I got tired of being gluten free and the vitamins are extremely expensive. The gluten free diet didn't really seem to help because when I went off it I still continued to get better, so I'm not sure on Dr Wallach about that. I do believe him he's on to something on the nitrates/nitrites. After I stopped eating my sandwiches with deli meat for lunch every day at work, I seemed to get better. My knee feels back to normal. It took 10 months for the bone bruise to heal and about the same time for the meniscus tear. There is still a slight click when I bend my knee or get out of a chair but no pain or discomfort.

+Jonathan Sotelo It's mostly healed now. I said back then the pain was gone but it came and went throughout the last several months of healing. I had a meniscus tear that was catching in my joint as I walked and luckily it appears to be healing up since I don't feel it much now.I actually stopped taking the vitamins after 2 months since they didn't seem to be doing much, but I'm going back on them with a gluten free diet next week to hopefully help my knee finish healing and to help me lose 70 pounds and some other things I hope to improve. I'm going to be taking them for 4 months (now until Thanksgiving) I'll give an update then.
