7 Weeks PostPartum+Belly Shot
OPEN ME: Sorry guys Jaiden is not featured in this video. This is my 7 week post partum update and start of weight loss vlogs. Weight On Due Date: 172 ...
I have been on seasonique since I was 19 & I've just turned 24 and I love
it! I did research before taking it and it's not medically necessary to
have a period every month, so takin seasonique doesn't hurt your body. As
far as the break-thru bleeding it doesn't happen often, & if/when it does
it is very light and doesn't last that long. Once the pill gets into ur
system the break-thru bleeding does stop. I especially like it b/c it makes
ur periods shorter & lighter, & it really helps w/cramps.
@mudamd I have to agree with you. I am on the Implanon (IUD) and I am 25.
Its side affects for me were very damaging. My doctor was like; "don't you
like not having a period." I was like no cause its really making me sick. I
know everyone is different, but we were made to have periods for a reason,
and that's so that our body can internally clean itself. So your advice is
wise and true. My blood doesn't flow through my body as it use to which
causes me to lose hair & swell.
Great to see you are back to doing your videos. In regards to the birth
control I would suggest that you just get a copper iud. The pill that stops
your period for that long will make you not want to have sex and you may
experience other side effects with your mood. That was what I went though
and I couldn't drink regular milk. Now I am drinking silk milk and have
been since i got off of those pills 4 yrs ago. I was using Seasonale. Good
Luck
For some reason, I feel like I have to say this. I have issues with my
weight and I fight with it daily. You on the other hand have always been
slim and I know that gaining this weight for you is hard (I can tell by the
look in your eyes when you talk about it...or you're just tired like you
said lol). Don't be hard on yourself. You are beautiful inside and out and
a blessing to your family and to your subbies here on youtube. God bless
Tiffany, You look absolutely fabulous!!! You really do. I personally have
the Mirena IUD, the interurerine device that's for 5 years. You can have it
removed whenever you want prior to the 5 year mark if you decide to have
more kids but I do get a regular period and I dont have to worry about
having to take a pill everyday or change something like the nuva ring. You
may want to do a little research on it to see if it's for you
My time is flying!!! Regarding the b.c everyone is different. I too was on
depo before this pregnancy and it worked wonders for me. I had no periods
and no weight gain no side effects at all. It was perfect for me, but I
know not for everybody... I personally could never do pills. So I've never
considered them. I would try the non hormonal iud. No side effects nd u can
take it out w.e ur ready. :) Good luck on w.e u choose!
TIFFANY DO NOT GET THE DEPO SHOT!!!!!! i qot it after i had a baby and
qained ALOT OF WEIGHT . before i qot pregnant i was 143 , wen i was 9
months pregnant i was 173 and about 3weeks after birth i was 164 and then i
qot the depo and been on it for about 2 years and i am now 185 and
miserable dont do it!!! I am finally off depo and will be qetting and iud
and starting my weightloss :( wish me luck;
You just had a baby so you need to give yourself time. The baby weight will
come off...just don't over do it. You look great! Btw, Seasonique isn't
good. You need to have a cycle every month. Nuva is good but the only thing
is when you have sex it will come out lol. Just rinse it off and stick it
back in.
I lost 15 lbs over my summer vacay jus by cutting my portions, adding LOTS
of fruits and veggies to everything I eat, cutting out fast food to once
every two weeks(if that), running on the tredmill everyday for
15-30min(running, jogging and walking intervals)...hope this helps you out
a little
Tiffany you look amazing! I weight around the same as you and my goal is
also 125. I think you should do weigh ins whenever you have time, but once
every two weeks would show significant gains if you want to follow a set
schedule. Hopefully watching you lose weight would motivate me as well =)
I LOVE YOUR VIDS-- can you talk about how it is to be a new mommy. Do you
think you changed as a woman once you become a mom? Did you and TJ change
together? Is it a lot of work? Can you put into words the love you have for
your son and how he has changed your life? Just curious/nosy lol!
Omg girl u look good, u don't need to lose any weight I promise u aim not
liein... Damn it aim jealous, u look so fabolous and u just had a baby 7
weeks ago, my daughter will be one in 2 weeks n I still look like aim
18weeks pregnant lol smh
GIRL.....you do not need makeup at all!! da heck, why are you even wearing
makeup and being a beauty guru ahaha cause no matter what you say, we can't
purchase THAT naturalness! hehe jk but no for real.... :D
Tiffany you look great! CONGRATS again on baby Jaiden. I am a health &
wellness coach so if you need help and motivation to lose the 20lbs you can
send me a private message. ZUMBA is great as well. I love it
OMG girl. a baby, school, and TWO jobs? are you trying to be superwoman?
lol good luck with everything.. i hope for your sake that you can leave one
of the jobs or you are going to work yourself to death!
Hi Tiff, I use Ortho Evra (a weekly patch) and Its really great. You can
put in on your shoulder or lower abdomen and it works great. (Especially
because you only have to think about it once a wek.)
Hello, have you considered "Belly Fat Blaze" (google it)? On their website
you will find a useful free video. This made it possible for Randy to burn
his abdominal fat. It might help you as well.
You look great! Once you have a baby it does give you more curves in places
you never had before. I loved it! Don't get stuck on the numbers, just go
for healthy. Keep up the great work.
hey tiffany you should realy consider taking nuva ring birth control it
realy work for me after i had my son five years ago you should do your
reasearch on it ...i think it works great
U look good 4 7wks. I would reccommend the nuva ring those ones that spread
out ur period usually starts messing w/ ur weight. and the spoting n btween
is not cute...lol
@mudamd good comment but you know the period you have on birth control is
not a "real" period so therefor you are still messings around with the
bodys natural cycle
ive been on seasonique for about 2 yrs. i have had breakthrough bleeding
about 2 times since i started it. overall though i love it. ONLY 4 PERIODS
A YEAR :)
After my pregnancy I did cycle or spin and let me tell you, I lost the
weight FAST!!! Cycle or spin is a good way to burn/loose weight. Highly
recommend!

WE FOUND OUT THE DUE DATE!!!! (351)
Thanks for watching :) hope to see you tomorrow and hope that you're subscribing! ~Travis and Jenny~ Our mailing address: Travis and Jenny 3940 Laurel ...
Jenny got pregnant in June right? The announcement video was put up June
4th. December is only 6 months from june , and youre pregnant for 9. So
does that due date make zero sence to anyone else?
+Addie Marie I had horrible morning sickness for the first 3 months of my pregnancy. I was in and out for fluid IV's from being so sick and I am having a boy, so we will see! It's always fun to look at the old wives tales.
This is why I say this, BC it happens to a lot of women. Also it's baby season in Sarasota Florida lol. All of my friends are having/had babies. And the ones who had girls had morning sickness, and the ones who had boys didn't. Well my friend had a little sickness, but not saying it's true. I was just having a little fun.
+Addie Marie yeah i think that theory is off, i thought for sure i was having a girl because of how sick i was during pregnancy, but turned out i was having a boy! i was sick the entire 9 months! it was awful but soo worth it
