Joe Rogan & Eddie Bravo - Weed Argument (JRE #144)
This took me a while to make, but I wanted a Weed video on this channel to be really good. Songs: -Zeitgeist Song -Ification Beats - Dark Dope Sad Rap Beat ...
We're not talking about drinking were talking about weed, shut yo bitch ass
up get yo topic straight, weed can't fuck up your life unless your dumb. If
you really can't handle a weed high then your fucking retarded. Lmao so
much good comes from weed.
+Gator I guess i meant, stereotypical stoner. But i really can't remember leaving that comment at all. When i read it back it doesn't even sound like me. lol Its a weird feeling looking back at your old comments and not recognising your own words. Im not sure why i left this comment. lol Maybe i was stoned at the time. oh the irony.
rogans straw man argument; weed is not the reason it is messing up your
life, you are. if you cant overcome the weed hurdle youre already fucked up
(complete logical fallacy. the substance is causing the negative effect for
said individual, a basic observable fact, other comparisons do not equate)
eddies straw man; if soda was illegal Id be trying to get it legalized
(soda is not a mind altering narcotic, weed is, your comparison is
completely invalid and absurd)
I don't think you understand what a straw man fallacy is. By way off explanation, your accusation that Eddie and Joe are using straw man arguments is a straw man argument--misrepresenting someone's position as a weak one in order to attack it, instead of their actual position. Please don't reply back.
+SpectralTempest Cool. Thanks. Thanks. Shame about all the sentences that got messed up by my stupid tablet's autocorrect. It changed words into gobblty goop, kinda ruining my points. :p

+SpectralTempest Good point, they do seem to forget that its different from alcohol in that its a psychedelic. And its not good that more and more young people are as smoking it, and too often. But still. That shouldn't mean it should be illegal and stop grown ups from enjoying it. I don't know. It's a tricky subject indeed. I can never make my mind up about it. Also I'm sick of people saying "no one has ever died from smoking weed!" Its safe!". Oh really? Have you researched this and asked every family in the world if a family member has died from the effects of smoking weed? I bet you someone has died from it. Abd not nky that, just because they may not have died from it, what about how I'll you can get?! I've become very hyper sensitive to weed\hash in the last 8 years. If I do some, it makes me have horrible jolts gobthrough my body and I feel like I'm about to have a seizeure. Its scary. Abd it sets off all these allergies in me. My inner nose swells up so I can't breathe very easily, and my eyes become dry and sore. Its not a nice experience by any means. :p But I realize that's can allergy and I can't blame the weed for that. So I'll shut up. But yeah.nwe don't need half the world walking around in a drug induced haze all the time. Life is meant to be experienced sober, with a clear mind. Wouldn't people forget good times they had if they were stoned at the time of experiencing them? Doesn't it affect your memory?
+Butcher WingI agree it is a substance of little consequence compared to other legal narcotics, but I am suspicious of how its being popularized extensively in mainstream media, the same media that demonized it to begin with. I think its a red herring to keep the public distracted from real issues, just as it was a red herring when it was called the devils weed and blamed for public disorder. But people forget that weed is also a psychedelic, which separates it from alcohol. One thing Ive noticed is more and more kids are doing it. Maybe cause of public opinions such as Rogan saying its harmless and only fucked up people cant overcome it.
+SpectralTempest Weed is gonna be bad for some people and good for others. Good for the majority I would say. Whether it's legal or not. So might as well make it legal. Take the money out of the pockets of the jobless drug dealers and the gangs that kill people etc.... After a while the novelty of it being legal will have warn off and it'll seem just like booze. Kids will have a harder time getting it maybe because right now there is no age classification on buying from a dealer,... but from a shop there will be an 18 or 21 age classification. I guess there will still be the odd small time dealer here and there who takes advantage of the flaw in the system and sells to under 18s.
