love your videos...and the stuff you said about patience, that's what I
needed to hear. I've been calorie counting for the first time ever, it's
been a month of logging, I would like to lose 15-20 pounds, more like to
get lean and tight, I'm not that much overweight. What surprised me the
first 5 days is that 4 lbs just flew off, and then the rest of the month, 3
weeks that is, my weight has been fluctuating like crazy, gaining 2 lbs
back. I'm hoping it's water retention because of this new exercise
regimen....but who knows, could be lots of reasons. Thanks again for your
advice.
