i dont agree with atkins,loren cordain is a scientist that doesnt practice
what he preaches, just like robert morse, and sally fallon is too obsessed
with dairy and fat, that shit will make you fat, i dont agree with crazy
levels of fat, or dairy, i was heavier when i went by WAP protocol, now im
more strict paleo and id have to say, i feel and look pretty damn good,
makes more sense to me now, im not scared of fat, but i dont worship it,
which makes u eat less meat when eatin in meals together
im posting up a video today of me benching 110lb dumbells with ease, i dont
know about you, but that would be pretty hard to do if i was " under carbed
", u name a bunch of people that no one wants to look like, congrats,since
when did something that qualifies as intellectual become bullshit, thats an

i see by ur page that ur 1 of those guys that goes from page 2 page hating
on people, im 5,9' 182lbs @ 11% bodyfat, i lift almost 1 1/2 times my
bodyweight for all powerlifts, im good where im at, if u think everyone
wants to be jay cutler ur wrong, i play wide receiver every sunday and i
need to jump high & be fast, the more you weigh, the slower u are, im for
overall fitness, which means i can fit and perform in any category, and i
bet ur girl, if u even have one, wouldnt mind me on top of her
hi brandon, how was your regularity vs on the paleo diet? do you 2-3 times
a day? i am wondering with all the meat how you stay regular, peppers
perhaps/olive oil? i clog up once i take it but i feel better on beef and
minimal carbs.. do you notice the libido effect more so with red meat, than
say fish? how much grams of beef (fatty beef?) are you eating? morningwood
existent (no homo) better with more meat? how large is a salad on the side,
what carbs do you eat, fruit in between as snack? thx

technology developed by vegans... actually, most big philosophical
movements were created by vegans. Actually, Wade Lightheart natural
bodybuilding champion is a vegan... and he's literrally twice your size.

people who arent metabolically broken, but for people like me who seem to
have digestion or inflammation issues, for now i do better w/o them and on
a more strict paleo diet, but my carb consumption is on instinct and
keeping mindful of insulin, so somedays i eat more fruit and tubers, other
days i might have 30-50 grams of carbs all day, ur right, just listen to ur
body, some days i eat all seafood, some days i barely eat

but then there are times when you need to add in the fat. Durian looks lik

your activities and sport, selective hearing is a true sign of ignorance,

and youre telling a guy who plays football, volleyball, basketball,

you think people like arian foster have been vegan their whole life when
they were really vegan for one yr and trying it out, its funny that you
think vegan diets get professional athletes to where their at, but the
reality is theyve been eating the so called poisonous meat their whole
lives, became a professional athlete and then tweaked their diet to a more

if you have allergies i would go on a paleo autoimmune protocol which is no
eggs, dairy, nightshades, nuts, and you can still eat fruits, vegetables,
and meat, and if you cant get your hands on grass fed, then just do the
best you can with quality and use your common sense, i would do this for 30
days and see how you feel, allergies are a gut issue, and if you take those
foods out, youll be setting yourself up to rehab the gut, take some

something u believe is in meat, why didn't u just incorporate it in small

water & sleep, u have migrains? not enough calories, arthritis? drink more

Growth Hormone & Night Eating
Learn why eating carbohydrates at night will NOT inhibit natural growth hormone release.
FYI-I follow the paleo diet & experienced becoming 'skinny fat' (muscle
loss/fat gain whilst exercising)-I'm now bringing back properly timed
starches (yams/potatoes/rice) & fruits-I'm also doing the 'lean gains'
method of intermittent fasting (16 hours fasting/8 hours feeding every
single day & working out at the end of the fast in a fasted state (with 10g
of BCAAs pre workout only)- means my biggest meal is post workout
~11am/12pm.. & then taper off starches/fruits towards the end of the day
Shouldn't we avoid carbs and insulin before bed because consuming
carbohydrates will result in a significant insulin release (which will in
turn put the breaks on fat-burning), carbs are ill-advised for a pre-bed
meal. Carbs are also much more easily stored as fat in the evening hours
when metabolism is naturally slowing in preparation for sleep. Besides, you
have very little opportunity to burn off that energy when consuming carbs
at night -- sleep isn't a very calorically expensive activity
As far as I understand - the best time to eat starches/fruits is post
workout (secondarily is pre workout)- do you agree wit this and if s does
that mean with the biggest starchiest meal being in the evening that means
your workout must always be before that- ie. timed to be later in the day
as well? Do you suggest zero fruits/starches on non-workout/rest days?
Nate, here is where I'm confused: I've been reviewing some of Kiefer's
videos and he seems to advocate high GI/low fat carbs early in the night,
then later before bed eat a pizza or ice cream and pass out. Wouldn't his
suggestion disrupt GH?
Hi Nate! I'm a big fan of your work :) So to clarify, if I start my feast
around 9-9:30pm and I'm done by 10 or 10:30pm...then straight to bed, that
will be fine? Or does the dinner need to be much earlier? Just because of
work etc.
