try using a chair for the mountain climbers and use the kitchen floor with a pair of socks on for the pikes. Focus on using your abs to pull in your legs

Actually the doctor is Dr. Hughes and he runs a place called Hughes medical centre in an island called Anguilla in the Caribbean 12645843053 or 3023 I'm not so sure of the number anymore but he has a site

Dame your surgeon is the bomb! !!I wish in the Massachusetts the cost of a tummy tuck was so cheap.prices here like $10,000.and up.you look great I lost 100 lbs angry the cost of surgery is the main reason why I haven't had lose skin removal.
