Ugh, does anyone else see how crappy this is? The whole thing that makes QuakeLive is the mentality and skill levels it requires. Mentality meaning timing items, knowing maps, and adapting to opponents... skill-wise by using quake tactics, like strafe jumping, rocket jumping, plas-climbing, etc. When people use these bots, it's just wasting their time sitting there and watching their achievement... they've downloaded something. Good for them. Now they can go fuck off, or get some skills.

for all saying his aim sucks....... it doesn't sucks; it is setted in that way, or it will be busted by someone; this is only an example, and it is obviously made to show how easy can be cheating in quake live; and this video doesn't increase so much the cheaters: the hardcore gamers have many other ways to pass each other updated and more sofisticate cheats than this one.

a good tell of a hacker is how long they continue shooting after the target is dead. it's a good way to tell a pro from a newb cheater. I frequently shoot a 38-40 LG and alot of the time I dont even over shoot a single LG bolt. so for someone to hit 45% LG and shoot 10-15 bolts after the target has died is stupid and unrealistic

What proof do you have of those fellas doing it? Demos? If so, how can you tell if it's their awkward movements vs what a bot does? Since a lot of muscle memory is involved, especially with those experienced players, their mouse movements become more precise, and may fool others into thinking they're bots.

first of all, cheating on a highly skilled, competitive game like quake live is really fucked up and spoils everything for both the hacker and the fair gamer. with that being said, the green prediction "hit-boxes" would actually have some kind of good use for training rocket/plasma and such.

The only good thing this piece of code could produce is, that it can be changed to work on localhost server (training mode only) where it would only show these prediction hitboxes, so players could train prediction aim. I'd gladly use it to train my rocket prediction with bots :)

putting up a video like this must be pritty stupid? I hope atleast that the developers will look for stuff like this and then find ways to detect it. If not, Cheats like this will kill any fps community if it spreads to much.

Got to say it doesn't even impress me. The LG-Aim is worse than my real Aim. Also don't need a Aimbot to fire a Rocket like that. And my Rail Aim without cheating is at 58% so why would i need that cheap shit?
