@Tj1056 NO, you are stupid. Especially to argue the the rotary is so great in the comment section of a vid with a failed rotary. But then again the way you drive you Rx7 in your own vids proves that. You failed twice in the same post. How about you do some more 360s in wet pavement again so you can feel good about yourself.

Just cause the Apex seals are intact, it could be a side seal or chipped seal aswell. If you blew a coolant seal you would be burning coolant, which would be allot of white smoke, especially on start up. Take one spark plug out on each rotor, and crank it over, you should hear even compression.

@Tj1056 WRONG!!!! Rotary engines are know for failure. Piston engines are used to replace rotary engines. If piston engines were just as bad, people would just rebuild the rotary and not replace it. Once again your logic is that of a 3rd grader at best and you were just proven wrong. You fail.

It would be better to check on the exhaust side, but it is definitely easier to check on the plug side. Your best bet is to do a compression check.

@Rotaryisgarbage you are WRONG!!!!... the fact they replace the engine is because they dont know how to work on it... its basic logic stupid...
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-meR-HUV3G8Y/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/J5ALWI-sqjI/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
@bradenscreed Well it is a rotary, something is going to blow. For an engine with only a few parts it sure blows those parts easily...

@bamper42069 I don't consider any engine that breaks and you have to rebuild it many times fun, The rotary is junk.
https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-v-OAOCOR8-A/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/1UyAJ82KviM/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
@Rotaryisgarbage and the fact that piston race engines blow just as much... fucking tool...
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-meR-HUV3G8Y/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/J5ALWI-sqjI/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
I agree that this is typical. If you want a good engine get a piston one.
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-FsVUerht5ro/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/WASjZ-YUHjE/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
@Rotaryisgarbage Yea but if you want a fun engine then stick wtih rotary.

Yes and no. You can order the seals factory cut, but for that you need to know what size they are. In order to know what size seals you need, you gotta pull the motor apart first. i had to order all the parts prior to pulling the motor, thus had to get the generic seals and cut them to size myself.

https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-XQB8WWtbino/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/c48FxJHkoRM/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
apex seals are rotaries main issues if you make stronger ones and dont use turbo's they can last forever
