"The Ring" - Tell Me My Story (NYU One Week Filmmaking Class)

NOTE: This is a short film that was shot in a very limited amount of time (few hours) as a project in a filmmaking class at NYU, so please excuse the mistakes.

Thomas' wife/girlfriend died, and a person took her wedding ring before she died, and that person starts leaving clues that will lead my main man Thomas to the ring. He first got the dollar that was left for him to found, and there was a number on it and he called the number and heard another clue that will get him the ring. So he then ran to the park to get some air where he saw another note on a bench that lead him to the place where he and her and their first date, which led to a flash back. Thomas then saw the note tapped to the table at there first date which said the first place we said I love you. There he found a four notes that when put together made one paragraph, and it gave him a hint to go to the place where he proposed, and the ring was there

Thomas' girlfriend/wife left him in some way (broke up/died) and left him clues to find the engagement ring he gave her. She gives him clues that are related to big moments in their relationship so it is more likely she died. It makes Thomas think about the good times with her instead of the hard time is current going through. She must of told him about the clues before she died/left to get him to look. Or she knew the dollar would catch his attention.

he is a hootoo face ass and cant get over his dead ex wife, who is a ghost that only is able to formulate enough energy to come back to life every ten years. during the duration of her time alive, she send the man clues, that leads him to a ring, but it turns out the ring is a bomb, and everyone on earth dies a slow and painful death.
