Many don't realise that this is mostly 'acted'. If the camera wasn't there, you would end up having other results and harder discipline. People saying that Russian army training is weak, well go fuck yourself. Instead of judging and sitting behind your pc doing shit, try to join the army, you'll see what real discipline is without a camera that films you. We all know that we'll act a bit different in front of a camera. So did these Russian men, when in reality the Russian army is as hard as a rock, at least in the beginning...

I have no doubt of that. if he refused to jump off the tower in Ft Benning he would not have moved to week three. plus Pvt Brown seems more incompetent than the most incompetent female From My Boot camp. This whole thing looks Staged.

+m3divh Most modern masks need to form a seal under the chin and around the face. I think the imperial german army was one of the first to regulate handlebar moustaches and beards for soldiers a little before WWI. I live in Brazil but my family comes from Deutschland lol.

The problem with beards is because if the soldier needs to use a gas mask the hair will prevent a seal from forming. That's why every major army in the world, after the first world war, does not allow beards. What country are you from btw?
