It can dual boot with android OS and this is very similar to Surface RT with win 8.1 but RT is locked to proprietary software. Surface RT has ARM chipset and this has Intel Z3740D but case is built with less robust metal alloy. Probably redesigned the motherboard. It is the same as Pipo W1 and probably made in same factory.

Hi there, I just bought the mini4.0 too, the voice quality is pretty good ; but I forgot to tell the seller to send me the item with our language. So it speaks in Chinese. I'd like to know if there is a way to make it speak English or French. Thanks in advance.

just bought, good and clear sound, cool looking but fairly short bluetooth range.

Came with 7 extra rubber ear buds, 1 of which should fit my ear well enough to anchor everything without having to use the ear hook but how do I replace the rubber piece? I pulled pretty hard trying to get the original off and I'm afraid of damaging the equipment if I pull any harder. I've also tried putting the replacement over the original but it won't stay in place. PS: Erin, I had problems with the ear hook as well until I saw, about 3/4 of the way through, that it attaches to the larger diameter earbud arm, not the smaller one. It's a tight fit so you just have to push.
