I know about the recruiting, but I was moreso wondering about the projects themselves. For example, here they built something incredible for a contest, but when working on custom maps, is there a selection of makers they're pre-disposed to work with? Stuff like that.

This is actually not correct. We only have a single team. We all generally work on projects together. We occasionally have people branch off and work on side projects but it is rare. For this contest, our entire team worked on the build.

Okay, little question for the build team: how do you choose who you work with? Are you limited to building for certain mapmakers, or within certain themes/conditions? Because no matter where your work is headed, it's always impressive.

They have their main team and then there are "sideteams" that acctulually are different teams but they are like in a association so like the main team (Gazamo) builds the custom map and one of the side teams orks on the contest

does anyone know the co-ords for Baile Caislean as that map is GIGANTIC im struggling to find any big builds. or for that matter finished builds

yes, they do use it, but it hasn't been updated yet :) so while we wait for that to update we can use the closest thing to it, john smith.
