Hate speech and speech that provokes violence of any kind is not covered by the first amendment for the idiots who don't know. They were also disturbing the peace if they were in public chanting this.

+Blasted Sounds​​ I'm not sure about all of the details here or the jurisdiction of the law in this matter. I think it matters where the bus was for what I said to apply. Not sure though.

It was on a their own private bus. They didn't break any law, but one of their members recorded each other singing it.

So when some expresses ideas that "racist," they are punished, but if some expresses ideas that are "anti-racist," they do not get punished. How is that fair? They're both opinions.
