I said that to the people of Ireland (ROI, not N.Ireland) Britain is foreign, so is our army, if we were in N.IReland or not, our army is still foreign. Dumbarse. I will always precede warranty-voiding advice with "try at your own risk". With that said, there is NOTHING anywhere online that says QuickPwn can or will brick your iPhone. There are some jailbreak apps that can potentially brick your iphone because they permanently modify things... but QuickPwn does not permanently modify anything. Your phone can always be restored via iTunes to its factory settings. Based on what I read, the risk is what I considered negligible, so I did it to my phone.

LOL... yeah, that's completely untrue. I have had my phone jailbroken for a couple weeks now and the *only* difference between what it is now and what it used to be is I like it more. Still get/make calls, still use SMS just fine, etc. etc. What carrier do you have?

okay i have an ipod 1g with a broken home button, and wifi that never connects (so basically does not function). So is there a way to jailbreak through SSH?
