But this kid does NOT  have a mental disorder he cannot feel hunger at all. Its something wrong with a part in his brain that can't function correctly. But anorexia is different. With anorexia the part in your brain that makes hungry and thirsty still works. However this kids part of the brain that makes him hungry/thirsty does not work.

Anorexia is having the urge not to eat because you have a feeling you will be fat, but you will still feel hungry. But this kid has a different condition he just can't be hungry he doesn't feel hungry at all
