@pkrishnametal I don't think it has anything to do with that. Nearly EVERY
culture has some kind of dough or meal that you use your hands to knead.
Some people simply don't prefer to work with their hands. Besides, even at
that I don't think that is where he is going with it, meaning to say it is
gross and disgusting or anything.
@2221971 I've never made this before but what I think is if you crumble the
dough first and then bake, there would be very little texture. Also I think
rolling the dough into several balls will make it easier to bake etc.
@28kds19 : Place the pizza stone in the oven and then turn it on and allow
the temperature to get to the number required - with the pizza stone in
there. When the oven temp rises, the pizza stone will also get hot.
Hi, thanx for nice recipie. just one query that can we prepare the dough

guest today so plz answer soon if possible...thanx in advance...
When she was rolling the baati b4 she made then into little golf balls, it
looked like a giant egg roll b4. Just saying , but this looks good to eat &
I love all types of food. I never tried indian food b4.
I am not Indian so I was just wondering why do u need 2 make ball(cookies)
out of the dough and then break it??? Why not just crumble it and put it in
te oven, I mean will it make a diff ?
@Letsjusb : You can do either individual bowls and allow everyone to serve
themselves :) . Serving one person will give everyone a better idea on how
it is to be served and to be eaten :)
this is not original n traditional baati receipe.I think u r making ur own
version but this is not how people make it in rajsthan.I am from rajsthan
so I am telling u.anyway nice try.
