Nah.  I've always had good skin, but during my pregnancy, I had the best skin, ever. And same with my hair, and I had a girl. Some of my friends have had girls and thier skin and hair have fabulous while others have had males and poor things were not as lucky with lots of skin problems.

My girls definitely gave my skin ( and tush lol ) some issues . My boys I only looked pregnant from the side . My girls had pimples and dry yet oily skin . Good times lol

I have a boy and now pregnant with a girl and both times my skin got INSANELY dry and my face gets scaly at times. I keep lotion everywhere!

What you said just reminded me of something my OB said to me when I was pregnant. At my first appointment I told her I had morning sickness that was so bad I couldn't even keep down water. She smiled and said...oh then your going to have a girl. In my culture it's said that 2 females can not share 1 body so it's a constant fight! I know she was just making small talk but a few months later my Faith Elisabeth came into the world.

+Alysa Antonacci ABSOLUTELY! When I was pregnant with my daughter, my skin was horrible. And then when I was pregnant with my son, I looked pretty darn good :) but, Dani, if you're having skin trouble, you are hiding it beautifully!

My skin was normal to dry but when I was pregnant with my baby girl I had a lot of skin problems and people use to tell me that.
