no, that mascara comes with the wand NOT in the tube, so as you can see, she used the clean wand to simply brush her eyebrows.

ulta has limited products of makeup revolution I myself ordered from there website and I live in Iowa it takes about a wk and a half to two weeks to receive but its worth the wait I ordered death by chocolate palette,salvation palette and omg pigmented I will be ordering again

I read it online somewhere right after I bought it because I wondered as well since it does not say anywhere on the box, but do not know the source that wrote it was e.l.f Would not be surprising if wet n wild did it either some of their products are surprisingly very good, it does not feel like their formula but it sure is nice and creamy soft-whoever did it did a great job!

+Darla Elliott They used to have elf make most of the stuff but now it doesn't say elf anywhere just walgreens and I believe walgreens uses the same company that makes wet n wild and black radiance if I'm not mistaken. Im not 100% but I'm pretty sure thats what they do, not sure why they stopped using elf cus they still use the soho brand for the brushes and bags and the same hair companies for the hair goodies.. +crysTAL Lewis You can put foundation on top or you can even mix it into foundation to make it more radiant, you can also use it after foundation in areas you want to emphasize :) Lots of love doll, tfw! xooxox

I usually put it on after foundation after as a highlight. If the pigmentation is very high or it's too intense then blend it out as much as you can but if it's still to bright then apply a tiny bit of foundation on top of it.

Everything is super cute! :) But I will tell you (speaking for the quality), I absolutely loved the eyeshadow primer and the iridescent pink highlighter! They are super pigmented and for the price I can totally tell you, It's worth it the heck out of it! Especially since even the high end primers don't work for me at all! I've probably tried every single primer in the market and this one is by far one of my favorites! I hope this helped you! ^.^ <3 xoxo
