+TheBeautyMafia You should definitely apply with Sutherland Global. They are super amazing. Hundreds of companies they provide services for, but I was hired for the Popcorn Factory. You get trained via Adobe Connect with other agents. You just need to be hardwired to the internet, no laptops bc they easily lose remote connection with their network. It is only seasonal but they need agents asap. Training is paid & lasts only 1 week and then you have 2 days to go on ramp -- meaning you will still be in the training room. Once you "graduate" then you will move into the main agent room where you can connect with other agents, supervisors, managers. They never, ever leave you stuck & are always available to help you on any call. It's awesome! Just taking orders for popcorn. Their client base is predominantly elderly who have been buying gourmet popcorn for YEARS! So check them out… it would be under 1-800 Flowers with Sutherland Global but it's their sister company, the Popcorn Factory that you would get hired for… it's like the chain of companies such as Old Navy, Gap - that sort of thing… hope I was able to help!!
