I don't understand what he's even saying? Coconut is a high temp oil that
doesn't burn, that's why it's used to sear with, right? I've never heard of
using butter like this? I'm not a chef, but I do like tuna prepped this way.

Great idea! I haven't done brats in a long time. I used to drive a route
from Denver to Montrose, then up to Grand Junction and back to Denver. I
always carried a big cooler during the summer to get as much of that corn
as I could fit in it, from the City Market in Montrose. There really is
nothing like it anywhere near here. Thanks for watching!!!
Awesome video Dan! Love, love, love the tuna. My friends over here catch
tuna, mahi-mahi and wahoo for the most part. I have to get what I can find.
Next time I get tuna I will cook it like this - sear and eat it basically
raw. As you said, straight out of the ocean. I really like what you are
doing with the commercials. Awesome dude!
Easy, quick and it looks delicious! what else can we ask for! tuna steaks
look great, and so does everything else!! I love that you are introducing us
to new channels! I will definitely check them out! I love finding new
cooking channels to watch! Thanks for sharing both the recipe and the new
channels!
Wow... those tuna steaks look amazing!!! And that calamari at the end...
delish!!! That was a great spread of food there at the end. I'll be over
for dinner, he he! :-) The commercials are amazing too! Loved seeing the
different channels... everything was put together wonderfully!
Nice video and thanks for the ad for Man Cave Meals :) When looking at your
final spread, I noticed something. YOU live in the heart of CORN country
and I can't recall seeing you roast corn on the cob on your grill before.
My girlfriend won't eat it any other way now!
True, we're here in corn nation, USA. But, the corn we prefer comes from
Olathe, Colorado! No pesticides, No GMO's, and the soil has all of the
naturally occurring minerals which wash down from nearby Mesas! There's
nothing as good as that anywhere around here!
stragely enough I like my tuna and mahi and any fish for that matter,
against popular opinion, cooked through.its just the way I roll. Rare
steak, cooked fish, and NO SHUSHI! just sayin.Another fine cook Mr Smokey
Goodness Man!
Great video, nice steaks, I always look forward to one of your posts. I'm
in Grand Junction, way too close to Olathe, we eat the best corn year
around! How about a sausage dog vid! We love brats and chicago dogs at my
house!
Oh yes sireeeee that looks awesome dude! I really like the way you are
incorporating all the different commercials , this is fantastic. will be
sending you one soon! cheers man, we need to get you a mic bad!
Thanks so much, Amy! You KNOW you're always welcome to join us at the
table! Maybe someday, we can all gather at the same time in a central
location! Hundreds of great videos would be a happy result!
I wonder how those hockey pucks of tuna were. Fresh frozen means it was
frozen in a fresh state. Does not matter where a came from. You should be
able to know the the freshness from smelling it.
No, it's an on going thing! I already have a video for next week! I might
extend this thing for as long as people want to promote their channels!
Thanks for watching,Gary!
Thanks, Mary Ann! You know you're more than welcomed to send a video as
well! This isn't just for grillmasters, I want to provide a platform for
everyone with this idea!
Love tuna! One of the fish I spend a lot of time hunting offshore here. The
commercials worked out great! I still need to get off my arse and make
one... Cheers Dan!
Great looking tuna Dan! Love the video, and thanks for adding my channel
into the commercial breaks! I enjoyed watching all of them. What a great
idea! Love it!
It was fun doing this, Rus, thanks for sending in that great video! Looks
like you've mastered the new editing software quickly, It really looks
professional!

I agree with Sal, beef steaks medium rare, fish fully cooked. Nice looking
tuna steaks. My "commercial" looked great, I love the way it looked as if
on TV.
