+Simson S51 No it's not. It's tuned stock engine from this car u see at the movie. This car was produced in Poland since 1973 to 2000 year. Also in Italy since 1972 to1980 yr. Stock engine has 23/24/30hp according to the version.
+Mario Martinez if we talking about wrx I totally agree with you. But there are many STis and drivers are really great but I dont know why they were not shown in this video instead of these failures :) i hope I said it clearly because my english isnt good
+Marcin G. beginner drivers use the wrx platform because it's cheap, awd, makes good power and easy to drive. would you rather give a beginner a more expensive purpose built Ford escort, Hyundai i20, or any other $200,000 rally car to drive?
+Sam Doms It's not steering lockup, but it is front wheel lockup. in situations like this, this is called understeer. it is caused by hard braking locking up the front wheels. once the front wheels lock, they simply slide, and at this point the car doesn't steer. you can gain steering input again by releasing the brakes, but then you're not braking. if you come into a corner too fast and need to slow down around it, you're probably screwed. This is why you brake well before a corner. an excellent example of someone trying (and failing) to fix this situation is at 6:20.
