. . . Ultimately you need to decide whether you are tired (you look tired,
but maybe it was just early?) or if you are, in your own words, "just a
BITCH" . . . regardless, just be honest with yourself and all will work
out. As far as your reasoning for working out -- the gym being 45 min. away
and you having time to waste between classes -- makes sense. Maybe you need
to "recharge" or "renew" some workout Knowledge and try to do things
differently in the gym, not just the same ole same ole?!?
You can't expect anything to be fun each and everytime. Going all out hard
at the gym is a good thing. You can tender that going heavy as well as
going light. Then going to the gym won't feel like a drudge or duty.
Working out is quite addictive. An ex of mine would get so cranky and
irritable if he missed more than about two days. He was more of a
recreational bodybuilder. It was his vice. Plus when he would catch those
staring he'd break out the 21"gun flex. Didn't matter when or where.
I'm deloading this week and I actually just decided to take the whole 2nd
half of the week off to recover. Getting over some injuries and what not.
It's been real beneficial so far. You won't lose any strength from an extra
few days off bruh. Glad you got your shit fixed though so you can get back
to throwin up dem vids homie. Need that KGB Mafia back in da mix!
Taking off from the gym is a great idea. It's hard to go in and do a deload
and like you said not going all out lol. I'd much rather stay at home as my
deload. Keep up the good work KG, I've met some great people through this
YouTube fitness community and you were one of the first ones to inspire me
to start my own channel. Inb4 Dear diary.
Dude, look at you subs, look at your view, look at your thumbs up.... You
are an insperation and a motivator for many. Take a few days off, we all
hit that wall sometimes ...but use the people who you inspire to give
yourself some insperation! Keep it up man, and let us all keep reaching new

Bro when I visited long-lost relatives in Eastern Europe they were shocked
that we were going to drive like 1.5 hours back to the hotel one night -
that was half-way across that country!! - but only part of the way across
my state of PA!! The USA is one big country brah!! lolz
i always train heavy. i haven't been to the gym in about a month. i've been
working long hours and always feel tired. i kinda hate myself for it, but
sometimes after work i just can't picture myself lifting heavy ass weights.
so my strength always yo-yo's.
Fuck that!...Any bitch I get with has to understand that I wont put off my
workouts @ all!...I've actually broken up a few times over this, but I
refuse to be that guy who got outta shape simply because a piece of ass

I feel crappy on my days off from my 4 day split.. Lol. I remember just
before 5x5 squats dead day.. the night before I was dreaming about dling
405... no joke. In my dream I kept saying " It's so EASY WHY?! " LOL
you really genuinely seem like a great guy! like an awesome person to meet,
to hang out with! and I find you very handsome! random but I felt like
telling you ;)
Keep doing ur thing bro, i normally do 1 week break a year during christmas
time :) but if u dont have nothing to do between those hours, just go to
the gym :)
