The mob limit is actually dependent upon how many mobs are within the current loaded chunks. Meaning you could have, for example, 50 villagers in one area but when you travel so far away that the chunks containing those villagers despawn the game will allow you to spawn another 50. If you do this you can actually transport one group of villagers to the other and have 100 in one place. You could do this as many times as you like and go WAY beyond the mob limit.

+DaMusicBeast but every console version is technically the same game with graphical differences. They should have no problem doing this. Oh, and I saw the news about mods. Turns out we have to wait until Fallout 4 comes out. -_- Oh and remember, for pc, we only have to buy the game and we have mods, servers, and we can make our own skin! For console, we have to buy the game, and pay for skin packs. At LEAST make us pay $4.99 to have the feature of making a skin. But of course, we have to spend over $50 just to pay for the game, and all the skins and texture packs. And don't forget, 4j were stupid enough to release tu28, a bug fix update, and have it break the game more than it fixed. If only we were able to beta test updates, like pc and pe. At the rate 4j is going, Minecraft pe will be further ahead then console. Which is sad as fuck. Minecraft console will most likely catch up in 2057. Oh wait, I forgot! They will STILL be behind. We are not hating on 4j. We are hating that 4j works WAY too slow. EVEN SCOTT CAWTHON, A SINGLE GAME DEVELOPER CAN PROGRAM A GAME FASTER THAN 4J STUDIOS.

we don't need to know how to program to know bullshit. 4j code games everyday. they should be efficient at releasing updates. I love minecraft ps3, don't get me wrong, but 4j is too slow. The last BIG update we got was tu19, and here we are, half a year later, and all we have gotten were small updates and bug fixes. Heck, we should be at 1.8 right now. we should have servers. we should have mods. we should have gotten these features a LONG time ago.
