No idea why so many are saying it doesn't hurt. I was at about a 4 when I
had my water broke,and it hurt very badly. People are ridiculously
judgemental.

+xoxMegsiexox They're saying it doesn't hurt, because for most of us............ it didn't hurt. Why would you not "have any idea" as to why they're saying that? Kind of a silly statement. LOL I've had mine broken with all four of my children. It was a great relief, because as soon as they were done, my contractions picked up. None of them ever hurt. I was usually between a 4-5 when they did it, though. Maybe they're doing these painful ones too soon and hitting the cervix or something. :(

she was having a contraction while the doctor was sticking her hands and the tool in. just because you've "been there" doesnt mean your process was the same. she had been in labor for long hours. so many judgmental cunts on here it's ridiculous.

My pain level is pretty high but it hurt because of the process of opening, especially if the contraction is coming.
