ok i got some questions i have a 1995 jeep wrangler with a 2.5 4 cylinder
motor on your jeep do you have a poly plow or steel and what motor do you
have because some say i can plow with my jeep and then i have others that
say i can't and the only reason i bought this jeep is to have a plow put on
it to make some extra cash please help
@Knhtwolf - I had a Ford Bronco II with a 2.8 V6 and it did great. So if
your comparing liters of the engines, they are pretty similar and you
should be fine. Not sure if there would be a difference between V6 and V4
for plowing.
if thats the only reason you bought it, then yeah do it! Put some weight in
the back, and get a small/light weight plow. I recommend a Sno-way if
you've got a dealer around
with the newer jeeps you might need a poly plow but if it were an older
jeep the gearing would be low enough to use a steel plow and still have
enough power to push snow
i love to plow our drivway is about 1/2 mile long and our 78 cj5. no matter
how much snow we get that old 304 will have no problems. cant wait till we
get some snow
