Hi Charlene.The road situation now should not deter you from buying in (Ndeke which is better than Vorna) or Vorna. I have lived there more than 2 years now and things are gradually improving. With the way things are moving we should have better roads in 2 - 3 years. Hopefully the 2016 elections can have a positive impact on the residents.
