Hello James! I am doing my first deal soon and would like a copy of your purchase agreement since I also live here in Kirby Texas which is Bexar county. I will be wholesaling the property to someone else. How should I word the contract?

Hi James, Thanks for the videos! I am interested in becoming a realestate investor, and purchasing my first "subject to" property in Florida. Hey James! Thanks for the video! I'm very new to this, but I'm just curious: When someone sells a property to me with subject to terms. Does this tie up their credit and make it difficult to purchase another home, since the mortgage is still in their name?

+David Vaughn You're welcome David. It can make it more difficult to get a loan in some cases. I recommend find a really good mortgage broker. However, I've seen a couple sell to me sub2 and get a new loan for a new house in a little over a year.
